BetArenas Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of BetArenas by all registered players. By creating an account, a player confirms they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. BetArenas reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, with material changes communicated to registered players by email or account notice.

1. Eligibility

• Players must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification checks are carried out before the first withdrawal is released, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately, with deposits returned and any winnings voided.
• Players must be legal residents of the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction where online gambling with BetArenas is permitted.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited.
• Employees of BetArenas, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register or play.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Players must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. BetArenas conducts identity verification checks in line with UK Gambling Commission requirements, typically requesting proof of identity, proof of address and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership. Verification is generally requested before the first withdrawal but may be requested at any time.

Accounts left dormant, with no login activity, for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee as disclosed in the account terms at the time of dormancy, deducted from any remaining balance, subject to prior notice by email.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be paid to the same payment method and account name used for the qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering regulations. BetArenas does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges outside of BetArenas’s control.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• The welcome offer is a 250% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of £2,000, available once per player, household and payment method.
• Minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome offer is £10.
• Bonus funds carry a 35x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount, before any related winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited; unspent bonus funds and related winnings are removed automatically after this period.
• Maximum stake permitted while an active bonus is in play is £5 per spin or hand. Bets placed above this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game contribution towards wagering requirements varies by category: Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino 20%, Table Games 10%, and Video Poker 5%. Certain individual titles may be fully excluded from contributing; the current exclusion list is available on request from customer support.
• BetArenas reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies is identified.
• Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time, with reasonable notice given for any changes affecting active offers.

5. Responsible Gambling

7. Account Suspension and Closure

BetArenas reserves the right to suspend or close an account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage play, or breach of these terms. Players may request closure of their own account at any time through customer support, with any eligible balance returned via the original deposit method where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

BetArenas provides its services on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. BetArenas will not be held liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or scheduled maintenance communicated in advance.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Players with an unresolved complaint may escalate the matter through BetArenas’s internal complaints procedure, available via customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached internally within eight weeks, players may refer the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, as required under UK Gambling Commission licence conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes not resolved through the ADR process are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
